Support for Donor Families

South Florida Donor Network is committed to helping courageous donor families navigate grief at their time of loss and beyond. Our Aftercare Program provides support to families through phone calls, correspondence, events, grief literature and assistance in locating support resources in the community. Our coordinators also facilitate correspondence between donor families and transplant recipients.
